1. About this project
Apex Butler is an informational website about a personal AI Chief of Staff concept. The existing private pilot, called Jiro Butler, uses an AI agent to provide schedule-related assistance. The pilot is not a publicly available self-service application.
2. Google Calendar data requested
The Jiro Butler pilot requests Google Calendar read-only access to retrieve calendar and event information for summaries, upcoming-event views and scheduled briefings. The intended permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly. The integration is not intended to create, modify or delete calendar events.
3. How information is used
Calendar information is used to answer the authorized user's requests and prepare personal briefings. To produce these responses, relevant event details may be processed by the AI model provider configured for the assistant. The provider and applicable processing terms should be confirmed with the operator before authorizing access.
4. Storage and retention
The pilot uses local agent configuration and OAuth authorization credentials to maintain its connection. Calendar-derived information may appear in conversation records, briefing outputs or operational logs depending on the system's settings. Retention periods depend on the configured agent, logging and backup settings. For questions about retention or deletion, contact the operator.
5. Sharing and access
The pilot is configured for a specific authorized user. Calendar information is not offered for sale. Information may be transmitted to infrastructure or AI service providers necessary to operate the assistant. You may contact the operator to ask which service providers are used for your configuration.
6. Security and user control
Access is intended to be limited to the authorized user and the minimum permissions required. The user may revoke the app's Google Account access through Google's account permissions settings. Revocation stops future authorized Calendar access, but does not necessarily erase copies already present in logs or outputs.
7. Website visitors
The public website is hosted on a web hosting platform that may process standard connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. The website currently contains no account registration or contact submission form.
